Vendor Booth Application

  • 10 x10 booth space will be assigned to vendors when registration and payment is received.

  • Booths will be set up on the grass. Vendors will provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and weights.

  • Vendor set-up time is 9am to 11am. Vehicles must be moved from booth areas to designated vendor parking no later than 11:15am. Booths must be ready for customers by 11:30am.

  • The booth will not close nor will the operators move their vehicles into the booth areas until 6pm. This is a safety issue and will be strictly enforced with no exceptions.

  • There is no electrical service available at this location. No generators please due to noise.

  • Booth fees are $50 and are nonrefundable. Inclement weather will not be grounds for refund.

  • Booth payment can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.

  • Credit card payment can be made below. (additional fees apply)

  • A late fee of $10 will be required for all payments received after December 1, 2021

Please describe the items you plan to sell in your booth.

 

 

This is a family-oriented festival. All items for sale or display should be suitable for a general audience. We reserve the right to prohibit the sale of any items we consider inappropriate.

Vendors release all sponsors including the City of Manor and Manor Chamber of Commerce from liability for the duration of the event by submitting this application.
